2 COURSE INFORMATION Course Overview Children s Hospital of Philadelphia is pleased to announce the 14th Annual Update on Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus: Innovations in Pediatric Anterior Segment. This half-day course is intended for pediatric ophthalmologists, pediatric healthcare providers and general ophthalmologists, optometrists, orthoptists, ophthalmic technicians and other specialists interested in pediatric anterior segment. General Information The conference will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, in the Leonard and Madlyn Abramson Pediatric Research Center. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. ACCME Accreditation Statement Children s Hospital of Philadelphia is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. AMA Credit Designation Statement Children s Hospital of Philadelphia designates this live activity for a maximum 3.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with their participation in the activity. Course Objectives Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to: Review the frequency and management of glaucoma tube shunt failure in children Describe conditions that mimic pediatric glaucoma Review the genetics of pediatric cataract and corneal disease
