11 At Your Service CONSULTATION Call Écru Massage and inform us about about any medical or physical needs, conditions or considerations. Also inform us of any allergies or intolerances before your treatment. PUNCTUALITY Écru Massage requests clients to be ready for their massage therapist at least 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time of the massage in order to complete an intake form. A late arrival will result in a shorter treatment. SAFETY REGULATIONS Please note that certain Massage Treatments are regrettably not permitted for women within their first trimester of pregnancy. REQUIREMENTS Minimum age for treatments is 18 years with identification. Clients under 18 of age must be accompanied by an adult with a guardian s signature of consent. CANCELLATION POLICY More than 24 hours of advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. A booking cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all bookings that are cancelled within 12 hours or less of the appointment time.
