Identify SCI person s skills and passions and develop their interests in returning to work. 3.Identify and analyze the SCI person s work choice. 4.Discuss with the SCI person accessibility options to improve their reintegration and success in the workplace. 5.Define the medical team support for successful employment reintegration following SCI
