PreciseCare Cell Therapy A Regenerative Alternative To Surgery
Dear Reader, While I do not yet know you personally, if you are reviewing this guide, I presume that your arthritis, joint pain or sports injury is impacting your quality of life. You re likely in a lot of pain and decided to speak to a doctor about your options. And your physician may have recommended surgery. While this is one possible option, surgery is a major and risky procedure, with considerable downtime and a lengthy, painful recovery process. It s not hard to understand why you are putting off an operation and looking for an alternative treatment. I get it, and you ve been right to wait. An easier, safer treatment does exist. Here at PreciseCare, we help those suffering from arthritis, joint pain and sports injuries find relief, without having to resort to open surgery. In this guide, we ll introduce you to PreciseCare Cell Therapy, an innovative and regenerative procedure that uses your own stem cells to tap into your body s natural ability to heal itself. These regenerative cells can actually re-grow tissues such as cartilage, menisci, ligaments, muscle, and bone, allowing your body to repair itself. 2 PreciseCare.com
Let us introduce you to a potential alternative to surgery, one that requires no stitches, no general anesthesia, and no downtime. Plus, it carries even less risk than a blood transfusion. Everything in this treatment comes from you, no foreign materials enter your body! Imagine what it would be like to wake up each day without dreading the pain and having the mobility to exercise, play your favorite sports, walk around and play with your kids. Let us help you find relief, recover more quickly and get back to living a life you love and deserve. Wishing you the best on your road to rapid recovery! Regards, Dr. Gaurav K Goswami, MD Dr. Gaurav K Goswami, MD 3 PreciseCare.com

What Is PreciseCare Cell Therapy? Our focus at PreciseCare is to offer treatments that are less invasive and a better alternative to surgery. We want our patients with arthritis, joint pain or sport injuries to heal as quickly as possible. Our treatment, PreciseCare Cell Therapy, uses your own stem cells to tap into your body s natural ability to heal itself. These regenerative cells can actually re-grow damaged tissues, allowing your body to repair itself. The most common thing we hear from our patients is: Every day I can do more. My life is coming back. For someone who is suffering from arthritis, joint pain or a sports injury, the internal structures at the site of pain are frequently damaged. By injecting into this area with your own stem cells, we encourage your body to heal and repair these structures as tissue regrows, resulting in reduced pain and increased mobility. This is the only treatment that regenerates your own natural tissue, and the results are long term. 5 PreciseCare.com
The Benefits of PreciseCare Cell Therapy As someone who is looking at joint replacement or other orthopedic surgery, the natural question is: Why should I consider PreciseCare Cell Therapy? Understandably so, as this treatment is not something you hear about every day. Nonetheless, PreciseCare Cell Therapy is scientifically-proven and has some incredible advantages when compared to surgery: 1. It has minimal downtime. The recovery process is easy and quick. 2. No general anesthesia is required. The procedure is done with a local anesthetic, to ensure you are comfortable. 3. You won t have any scars or stitches. No surgery means no stitches and no scars. 4. It is very safe. As you are using cells from your own body, there is minimal risk with this procedure. In fact, a blood transfusion is riskier than PreciseCare Cell Therapy. 5. The procedure is quick. This treatment is performed in one sitting and up to two sites of injury can be treated in the same sitting. Imagine getting two joints repaired in a single doctor s visit! 6 PreciseCare.com
OTHER COMMON TREATMENTS Other common procedures to manage the injury include pain pills, steroid & gel injections, arthroscopy. However, at some point, most injuries require major orthopedic surgery or joint replacement. Painkillers, at best, offer marginal and temporary pain relief. And while you may get some immediate relief from steroid injections, they are by no means a cure. Repeated injections weaken the tissue, and make your joint, tendon or ligament more prone to injury in the future. More importantly, there are a number of risks and adverse side effects that can affect your kidneys and other organ systems. Arthroscopy is a surgical procedure in which a small, fiber-optic viewing instrument (known as an arthroscope) is inserted into your joint. This tiny camera allows the surgeon to see exactly what is going on with your injury inside your body. Then, they ll treat the problem (if there is an opportunity to do so), and the procedure will be concluded. Typically this treatment option results in faster healing time and less scarring than traditional open surgery. However, arthroscopy does not often provide complete pain relief and can result in prolonged rehabilitation and recovery. Most likely, you will end up needing further major surgery later down the road. Acting alone or in combination, these treatments result in little to no improvement. As time goes by, your level of activity continues to decrease. You learn to start limiting what you do, which unfortunately becomes your new reality. 7 PreciseCare.com
WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS When your arthritis, joint pain or sports injury is impacting your ability to do what you love, it s easy to feel desperate and proceed with any treatment that may help. However, make sure you weigh all your options before moving forward with any procedure, especially one like surgery that has a long and painful recovery process. We encourage you to look into regenerative therapies that can help your body heal itself, naturally and more quickly. You could decide to get surgery, which will be a painful process with a long recovery and extended rehabilitation only to get minimal or no relief. Or you could schedule an initial evaluation at our office, learn how PreciseCare Cell Therapy could help you get back to living better, in a body that feels better. We want you to be one of our patients who says: Every day I can do more. My life is coming back. 8 PreciseCare.com
How the Process Works When undergoing a treatment at PreciseCare, here s what you can expect: STEP 1 First, you ll come to our office for an initial, one-on-one evaluation. Dr. Goswami will review your medical history and symptoms in-depth with you. According to your needs, he may also perform an imaging evaluation using either an ultrasound or Xray, both of which are available on-site. Dr. Goswami will then make the best recommendations based on your individual condition. STEP 2 If your treatment plan includes PreciseCare Cell Therapy, you ll then schedule a date for treatment. Our nurse will review with you any special precautions you need to take or any medications that may need to be stopped prior to the procedure. STEP 3 The day of treatment, you ll come into our office. Dr. Goswami will go over the steps of the procedure with you and answer any last-minute questions you might have. The first hour will involve a minimally invasive procedure so we can collect your stem cells. Next, our staff will inspect these cells to ensure they are of the highest quality. While we re doing this, you can relax in our leisure area and read a book, watch TV or connect to our Internet on one of your 9 PreciseCare.com
devices. Then, we ll perform the injection of your stem cells using a tiny needle at the site of disease or injury. The injection is precise and performed with imaging guidance to ensure your stem cells reach the damaged tissue. We ll finalize the appointment as you walk out of our office with instructions to ensure optimal recovery. STEP 4 After your procedure we will continue to follow-up with you. We will assess your level of activity and review your pain level, and make any recommendations as necessary to make sure you are on your way to a rapid recovery. 10 PreciseCare.com
Meet Some of Our Patients Hear for yourself what our patients experience after undergoing PreciseCare Cell Therapy and saying no to surgery. Gustavo G., proud father and avid soccer player I was in a lot of pain, in the knee and hip, and I couldn t even walk straight. I was limping a lot. They offered to replace my hip or choose stem cells. I decided to get stem cells. I feel great. I started doing things I couldn t do before. I started running, I started bending, I started doing sports. I couldn t do any before. My life is coming back. Steve L., tennis player I had knee and hip arthritis. My knees would swell up after intense sports activity. I had pain in my hips when bending forward or spreading my legs. I chose PreciseCare because Dr. Goswami has a unique set of medical skills that make him qualified to perform stem cell therapy. I wanted to avoid any hip or knee replacement procedure. My therapy was about 4 months ago. My hips and knees are both showing great improvement. I started playing singles tennis and I feel great. 11 PreciseCare.com
Jaime B., medical professional I had heel pain everyday upon waking up in the morning. I work out and am on my feet for work daily, which makes my day feel twice as long with my feet pain. I tried steroid injections, stretching, a boot and numerous other remedies. I heard a lot about this type of stem cell treatment and know others that have benefited from it. I did the procedure on November 6th and as of today, December 10th my feet are great. The procedure was not much different pain wise from a steroid injection. The results don t mask the problem, but fix it. My feet took a few days to start feeling normal, and after that, I have to say I am amazed. My feet are feeling fantastic, and I am so happy to have done this to regain my normal life back. Dr. Goswami is so great with explaining everything, and his staff was great with making me feel comfortable and informed about every detail. My feet are my life. When my feet are hurting, it s no fun and a lot of sitting. My family and work appreciate it almost as much as I do. Thank you PreciseCare for getting my feet back to normal. 12 PreciseCare.com
Is PreciseCare Cell Therapy Right For You? Don t let your pain control what activities you can and can t do. By harnessing the power of your stem cells, our regenerative treatments can help regrow damaged tissues, thereby reducing your pain and improving your mobility. The procedure is safe, quick and involves minimal downtime. To find out how regenerative PreciseCare Cell Therapy may be able to help you, schedule an initial one-on-one consultation with Dr. Goswami. We will review your medical history and symptoms in-depth. Dr Goswami may also perform an imaging evaluation using an ultrasound or Xray, both of which are available on-site. Dr. Goswami will then make best recommendations for you, based on your individual needs. With no cost to you, what do you have to lose by learning if PreciseCare Cell Therapy is right for you?
