The learner must plan and prepare fr interviews by develping an interview plan, assessing the suspect s fitness fr interview, and setting up an apprpriate lcatin. They must cnduct interviews in accrdance with legislatin, plicy and ther guidelines, using apprpriate interviewing techniques and cmmunicatin skills. Finally, learners are expected t evaluate interviews (including their wn perfrmance) and take any necessary further actin.
