Conceptualized a framework for understanding the extent to which various cultural contexts in psychiatric inpatient settings drive therapeutic approaches. Issues of coercion, restraint, seclusion, and trauma informed systems of care are discussed. Completed institutional review board (IRB) training in the ethical conduct of research with human participants.
