8 Listening The moment we pause & pay attention to what is happening, what was unseen is now seen, what is seen and its implications can be understood. The act of pausing and recognizing the nature of our experience becomes a creative process that introduces choice as an option, rather than being controlled by habit, emotion and reactivity.
