May be used with healthy, medically ill and mild to moderately cognitively impaired Visual analogue scale measuring frequency of different strategies. Likert scale from 1-5 with 20 items addressing interactive,, and quality of life issues from the perspective of the partner. Theme: Mood Yes/no questions to 20 items screen for depression.
