2 WELCOME MESSAGE Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the organizing committee, with pleasure, we welcome you to attend Case Conference of Regional Anesthesia (CCRA) Finding the good in the midst of the bad : Learning from the adverse effect of anesthesia, which will be held in Aston Hotel and Convention Center on March 31st April 3rd This prestigious event is supported by PERDATIN Central. CCRA 2019 consists of symposiums and workshops with comprehensive topics and attractively packaged. These sessions will provide opportunities not only to renew and inspire the colleagues' scientific knowledge at all, but also actively discuss various issues in the field of regional anesthesia., not only about providing good sedation, relaxation and analgesia, but also must think further especially future impacts. 4 Call for Abstracts Guidelines for e-poster CCRA 2019 E-Poster which will be sent to the committee in file format, should be considered as following: 1. E-Poster should be formatted in TIFF (*.tif/*.tiff) or JPEG extension 2. The file size should not be larger than 10MB 3. The maximum slide number for each E-Poster is 2 slides 4. All E-Poster will be presented in potrait layout 5. E-Poster will be presented in LED screen The committee do not accept file in the form of animation, video, or audio. Guideline for format of e-poster CCRA E-Poster cathegories are case report or research paper 2. Abstract sent out of the deadline will not be accepted 3. Abstract must be written in English 4. The presented abstract must include the following: a.title is typed in bold, capital letter, and should be specific and brief b.the Authors should be written in full name, without title and should be underlined c.institution and the city and state must be included 5. Abstract should not more than 250 words, should consist of 5 paragraphs, those are: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions (typed in bold). The abstract must explain clearly and brief the problems and objectives of the study, how the research conducted, significant results, and specific conclusions. 6. Avoid using non standard abbreviations, terms, symbols or acronyms, which may confuse the readers. 5 Abstract Consideration 1. Abstract submitted to the committee will be selected by committee team based on quality, clarity, and relevancy with the theme of CCRA The participants of accepted abstract will be notified via 3. All of participants of accepted abstract should registered in the event symposium 4. Abstract will not be procceeded further if the registration proccess is not completed by the deadline 5. The schedule, place, date and time of presentation will be annouced later to the participants by March 31st 2019 via Abstract Sumbmission The abstract must be submitted by February 15th 2019 via Best E-poster Presentation Award 1. The best abstracts will be assessed by the evaluators for E-Poster presentation at CCRA 2019 event 2. All of presented E-Poster will be studied and assessed by evaluators team 3. The best E-Poster will be awarded prize money and certificate 4. The announcement of the best e-poster will be notified on April 2nd 2019 at Gala Dinner. 5.
