4 LEARNING FROM ERRORS IN RADIOLOGY Organised by the BIR East of England branch Venue: Robinson College, Cambridge CPD: 5 CREDITS This one-day event will cover the important aspects of quality improvement and safe clinical practice as well as address a wide range of issues related to radiology errors and incidents. The lectures include litigation, management of serious incidents/error, and human factors. Specific radiological topics on errors related to imaging of the chest, abdomen, musculoskeletal, acute emergencies and paediatrics will also be highlighted. This event is relevant to radiologists of all grades and to allied health professionals working in a radiology department. Educational aims: To identify risks in radiology reporting and management.
