Various studies have shown the relationshi between whole body vibration and skeletal disorders. The urose of this study was to investigate musculoskeletal comlaints among motorboat staff. Methods: This descritive-correlative study was done on 149 of motorboat staff of Casian Sea and Persian Gulf in Samling was carried out based on urosive and convenience samling methods. Data were collected using demograhic questionnaire and NMQ (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire) and analyzed by SPSS 16 software using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Chi-square and indeendent T-test. Results: The most comlaints were lumbar ain (61.1%) and knee ain (60.4%). There was statistically significant relationshi between age, height, weight, total work exerience and work exerience on motorboats and ain in the lumbar region (=0.001). There was statistically significant correlation between knee ain and age, total work exerience and work exerience on motorboats (=0.03). Conclusion: The most common musculoskeletal comlaint of motorboats staff is lumbar region and knee ain. Regarding the high revalence of lumbar and knee ain among motorboats staff that causes decrease in roductivity and erformance and increase in treatment costs of early disability, the secial attention of relevant authorities is required.
