SL #6 Wow. It s been 12 weeks since you started using Holosync. That s 3 months. What are you noticing? Please call us and have a chat with a support coach about what s happening. A month from the minimum for AP Not trying to pressure you to go on/people want to know Carrier frequency Custom affirmations Immersion 1.5 Special price plus a really cool extra bonus Something new: People want to know more about the brain wave patterns they experience when they listen. Have a lot to do with your life o How much awareness you have o How much choice you have Feelings Behavior Which people and situations you attract or become attracted to What meanings you assign to what happens Brain waves 101 o 24 hours a day nerve cells in your brain generate electrical impulses that fluctuate rhythmically in patterns called brain wave patterns. o Closely correlated with thoughts, ability to think clearly Your emotions and ability to feel good Healthy functioning of the body systems Your stress level Your level of awareness
How much choice you have Entire quality of your life. 4 major categories of brain wave patterns, plus one more that really surprised scientists Beta, cps o Wave goes up and down between 12 and 30 times in one second o Normal waking consciousness. o Concentration, arousal, alertness, cognition. o Normal, daily, going-about-your-business brain wave pattern. o Highest beta waves: anxiety, disharmony, and dis-ease. Alpha brain wave pattern, 8 to 12 Hz, slower, more relaxed o Deep relaxation, twilight state between sleep and waking o Higher end of alpha: focused yet relaxed Absorbed in a book, TV show, blocked out surrounding Alpha: absorbed in what you re doing Flow state. Georgi Lazonov, superlearning Learn, process, store and recall large amounts of information quickly and efficiently. o Alpha associated with joy, inner peace, and happiness, other positive emotional states. o Primary brain wave pattern of most meditation One reason why meditators are generally Theta waves, 4 and 8 Hz Healthier, greater sense of well being Less stress, more inner peace More focused, more easily access a flow state o Best known as pattern of dreaming sleep.
o Visionary experiences during meditating. o Associated with other extremely beneficial states Creativity. Dr. Roman Chrucky subjects felt much more creative when making theta. Sudden insight, ah-ha moment, suddenly figure something out, find a solution, have a creative idea, see a connection o Bursts of theta waves in your brain. Learn to make more theta, you ll be more creative People who always come up with ideas make more theta. Superlearning, increased memory abilities Dr. Thomas Budzinski: uncritical acceptance of verbal material, or almost any material it can process. Mind becomes a sponge Dr. James McGaugh of the UC Irvine: connection between memory and theta. The more theta, the better the memory Learning and memory are symptoms of increased awareness. Theta improves problem solving. With difficult people, in your work, in your financial situation In your financial situation, in your marriage See a problem in a different way, come up with outside the box solutions Theta rebalances brain s potassium and sodium ratio.
Recovery from brain fog, trouble thinking clearly, focusing Ability to see a problem differently is what I mean by awareness See unconscious sabotage Integrative experiences. Suddenly see ourselves, other people, certain life situation, in an new and more resourceful way. Realize you have a choice you didn t see before See options you didn t see before Naturally choose what best serves you. o Most people make little if any theta waves (or alpha). Making mostly beta and delta waves, minor amount of alpha and theta. Long-time meditators: significantly more alpha and theta o Slower brain wave patterns are states of increased awareness. Instead of automatic responses, see choices you didn t see before Without extra awareness, internal cognitive processes continue on autopilot. o With added awareness OK when you re getting you what you want When unconscious automatic process create bad feelings, unresourceful behaviors, attract people who cause problems, assigning sabotaging meanings, automatic process are holding you back. Drop bad habits, recover from addictive patterns, and get over emotional problems
o More benefits of theta. Tremendous stress relief. Activates parasympathetic nervous system Endorphins Lower cortisol o Major stress hormone Memories of traumatic events and feelings while in theta waves Releases effects of past trauma Reason why we have unconscious, automatic processes that don t serve us: Experiences that taught us certain things are dangerous. We feel bad when something reminds you of this danger o Authority figures, men, women, taking a risk o Failure, being the center of attention, asking for what you want o Saying no, being ignored, being sexual, being criticized Real dangers when you were small and powerless o Aren t really dangers now but still feel like dangers o Automatic internal processes create fear, anger, confusion, anxiety, guilt, or some other selfsabotaging state whenever something triggers them. Awareness releases you from these old traumas
Be regular with your listening o Choose the feelings and behaviors that best serve you, instead of automatically reacting Theta is associated with ecstatic, oceanic, mystical experiences Feelings of oneness, of being connected to everything. Such experiences are life-changing. o Dramatically expand your awareness If you want more awareness, and more of the benefits created by awareness, start thinking about Awakening Level 1. Call out office if you have questions, or want to talk to someone who can help you decide Not salespeople our policy is to focus on your interests, even if it means recommending that you don t go on Call or support if you need to Go watch/read/listen to my video explaining the deeper levels
