35 Businesses & E-cigarette Ban Why should businesses ban e-cigarettes? E-cigarettes look very similar to real cigarettes (especially from a distance) = enforcement problems The vapor emitted could potentially irritate non-smokers and pose a health risk Allowing e-cigarette use may facilitate real cigarette use to slip through the cracks There may be environmental and health issues to using e-cigarettes indoors and in areas with minimal air circulation
