Determined fees based on detailed formulas and calculations; loading, validating and publishing fee schedules. Researched, analyzed, and evaluated cost impact related to fee updates as the department subject matter expert. Assisted in planning, coordinating, and developing new reimbursement methodologies. Researched history of Adult Foster Care homes in Detroit Community Mental Health (CMH) System. Conducted interviews with CMH consumers; administer surveys to clinicians.
