This supplement was awarded and provided approximately $40,000 for a collaboration with Dr. Daniel Alkon of the Blanchette Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute (Rockville, MD) to study the effects of cognitive-enhancing drugs on behavioral treatments that reduce drug seeking. October, 2005 Wrote as PI a NIDA R03 grant application that sought approximately $70,000 in funding. NIDA initially placed this application on the recommended funding list, but it was then removed due to budgetary issues and special circumstances related to the budget period when it was submitted Awarded a NIDA pre-doctoral National Research Service Award (NRSA) worth over $45,000 titled Classical Conditioning and Compulsive Drug-Related Behavior.
