2 INTRODUCTION The right, as a cultural object, corresponds to the social sciences. Its object of study focuses on the legal relations arising between humans, making it so necessary for society. The mission of universities in this area is the integral training of legal professionals and other social areas. The current social demands are necessaries to review the life of the academy, and students activities to the needs of the present and the future. The new law undergraduate programs based on competences is a new paradigm that seeks the integral formation of law students (UNAN-León, 2011).

3 THE COMPETENCES OF GENERALIST LAWYER IN THE AREA OF REDUCTION OF DRUGS DEMAND Are established Guiding principles were laid for the establishment of large scale programs, ranging from preventing initial use, helping casual users, promote the rehabilitation of addicts, to facilitate their social reintegration. In implementing this new hemispheric strategy, 2010, States reaffirm their commitment to respect the principles of international law. The formation of the generalist lawyer in the area of reducing the demand for drugs is presented in Table 1 according to their profile, scientific and technical competence, as well as suggestions of drug content related to this aspect of the drug phenomenon.

As control measures proposed Hemispheric countries dismantling criminal organizations and their support networks must be one of the key objectives of the initiatives taken by the countries of the Hemisphere. The law enforcement agents on the instruments and the benefits derived from criminal activities is an effective deterrent to participation in this illegal activity. The formation of general Lawyer in the area of reducing the demand for drugs is presented in Table 2 according to their profile, scientific and technical competence, as well as suggestions of drug content related to this aspect of the drug phenomenon.

16 THE EXPERIENCE AT UNAN LAW CAREER The experience of the University of Nicaragua-School of Law / lion is one of the few initiatives supported by the SE / CICAD / SRD / PDE in America Central. Activities carried out from 2009 to the present: -Department of Education Total recommended hours with drug content in the Bachelor of Law = 128 Total subjects in the Bachelor of Law with drug content = 4 Total graduate programs with a law degree drug content = 3 -Research Area Total research implemented with the drug content = 1 -Area Extension Total activities with drug content and population group = On initiate

17 FINAL CONCLUTIONS No need to continue and move forward with this initiative monitoring it and evaluating it to look at the impact of this initiative in acting attorney general in the area of demand reduction and drug supply. Develop a study among Schools / Racing right in Latin America, especially in Central America to see how the drug issue is included in the undergraduate and postgraduate law. The SE / CICAD should expand this initiative to other law schools in Latin America.
