TARGETS over 2000 digitalized data* Applying various machine-learning techniques to explore and understand the information contained in data base Descriptive study: will allow to reveal the main patients typologies. Modelling data: with the perspective of discriminating several situations and predicting them. algorithms: decision trees, random forests, support vector machines and logistic regression
14 RESULTS SQL( Structure Query Language)
15 Correlations: Can be done between input parameters, can be printed and exported on a host PC). Statistic: At the level of Data base we can imagine and construct a huge number of queries. From them, we obtain different statistic results. 14

22 Final remarks The Department of Nuclear Medicine has an evidence that represents more than 80% of the total thyroid cancer cases in Romania and BIOMAT-ENDO data base is a very useful tool to keep them in an uniform digitalized format. 2. Careful studies of selected populations and health outcomes could be possible using BIOMAT-ENDO data base in order to study the effects of Chernobyl accident in Romania and compare them to other nuclear disaster predictions. 3. Our target is to arrive to >2000 cases in BIOMAT-ENDO data base, so that we could apply for statistical mathematic descriptive & modeling studies query results SAMM (Statistique, Analyse, Modélisation Multidisciplinaire) Universite Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne
