5 From Professionals to Parents Journal: Eating Behaviors International scientific research on prevention and treatment of obesity, binge eating, and eating disorders in adults and children 2006 article: Specific content of core beliefs in adolescent girls high and low in eating disorder[s] : First step towards outlining core beliefs in those suffering from eating disorders Journal: Body Image New international, peer-reviewed scientific studies on body image and human physical appearance 2005 article: Women's exposure to thin-and-beautiful media images adversely influenced their body image. Media-literacy psychoeducation prior to the media exposure prevented this adverse effect.
