8 PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LOG The Physical Activity Log is an essential tool to keep track of your daily activities. Example activities could include 30 minutes of brisk walking, jogging, or weight training. By completing this log you will be able to plan each day s physical activity. DAILY FOOD LOG The Daily Food Log is a recommended tool to help you keep track of your daily caloric intake. Additionally, this log and Supplement Timing Guide will show you the key timing of when to take your WeightLogix supplements to achieve maximum results. Along with the Daily Food Log you will find the recommended food list, which contains easily accessible nutrient dense foods.
