Add t that the fact that there any number f supplements n the market that claim t eradicate yur symptms and we re talking abut sme majr cnfusin. Shuld yu take fish il? Maca? Ashwaganda? (Or maybe yu dn t even knw what thse supplements are and yu re wndering if I just started speaking a different language!) It s exhausting and discuraging when there are s many ptins and yu dn t knw where t start (r yu ve tried everything and still dn t knw what t d). I ve been there. I suffered frm the fatigue, jint pain, hair lss, and brain fg fr t many years, befre I finally was given a diagnsis: Hashimt s Thyridtitis. And things didn t get better just because I knew what was causing my chrnic health issues. I cntinued t struggle fr years, lking fr the next missing piece t the puzzle as t why I culd never seem t fully regain my health. It tk me a lng time t feel better, but it desn t have t take yu years t turn yur health arund and start feeling amazing. Here are my tp 3 ways t find the rt f yur health issues fast s yu can start feeling alive again. GET ON THE RIGHT DIET This ne can be s tricky. Yu culd g raw. Or pale. What abut juicing? D yu d smthies r shuld yu pt fr bne brth? The truth is, if there was ne perfect diet, then everybdy wuld be eating that way and enjy perfect health. Sme peple d have great success with a raw fds diet, fr example, while, fr thers it s a recipe fr disaster. S, hw d yu find the right diet fr YOU? Even if yu ve tried every dietary interventin ut there t manage yur health issues, it s time t g back t the drawing bard and start frm scratch. The best answer t that questin is t begin a basic eliminatin diet that remves any ptential ffenders frm the diet. These are the fds that irritate the gut lining, cause inflammatin in the bdy and turn n the autimmune respnse. Let s lk at the wrst ffenders. FOODS THAT HURT Grains- While gluten cntaining grains, such as wheat, are the wrst ffenders in this categry, gluten isn t the nly prblem with grains.
