3 Food Control Wear your hat, eat your food or replace the meal! Breakfast like a King. 1 Protein, 3 veggies, 1 carb & 1 fat. Egg, a slice of toast, butter, grilled mushrooms and tomato. Breakfast cereal with fat-free yogurt and a fruit of your choice. Lunch like a Queen 1 Protein, 3 veggies & 1 fat. No carbs or sugar. Chicken with cooled whole wheat pasta and veggies. Seeded bread, low-fat cottage cheese and a fresh green salad. Dinner like a Pauper 1 Protein and 3 veggies. No fat, sugar or carbs. Steamed Hake, green vegetables and a salad. Grilled lean pork steak and cooked green vegetables.
4 Time Control Liquids. No liquids ½ an hour before, during or after meals. This improves the digestion of your food drastically, helps balance PH levels and assists enzymes with digestion in your stomach. Break the Fast. (Breakfast) Kick-start your Day metabolism. Enjoy Breakfast as early as possible, the longer you wait, the longer it will take to lose weight. Your metabolism only start working after you had your first meal for the day. If you don t have time to eat, simply use your TenaZ Meal and enjoy healthy safe weight loss. Balance your Day & Night Metabolic Cycle. Your Day Metabolism (Catabolic) starts when you wake up in the morning and lasts for 12 hours. This is why we only eat for the first 12 hours of our day. Then your Night Metabolism (Anabolic) starts and lasts for the next 12 hours, don t eat during these 12 hours. Fast for at least 4 hours before you go to bed. Sleep at least 8 hours a night.

Salad Dressing 1 teaspoon Fat Loss oil, 1 sachet diet sweetener and lemon juice or vinegar with herbs.
