Welcome To The Healthy & Lean BootCamp Acid Alkaline Diet and Food Combining
First Principle For Healthy Slenderness Acid/Alkaline Balance
Acid- Alkaline Balance Acid runs your Battery not your Body Acid Neutral Alkaline 0 ph 6 7pH 8 14 ph Acid Muscles fatigue easily Vitamins & minerals not absorbed Friendly bacterial in intestine die Skin & hair loses tone, texture Weight gain Angry, violent, mental dullness Alkaline Higher muscle output Increased assimilation at cellar level Reduction of candida overgrowth Skin more elastic, youthful Weight loss Increased mental alertness, higher IQ
Diet needs to Be Alkaline - to Be Energized Our body is about 20% acidic and 80% alkaline. How to create a more alkaline body: Eat 80% alkaline food, 20% acid by volume daily Eat lots of alkaline forming fruits and vegetables. Chew your food well. Saliva is alkaline and you can produce 2 gallons a day! Drink 2-3 litres of pure water per day. Live in the light of the day we need sunlight.
Second Principle To Healthy Slenderness Better Digestion with Food Combining
Principles of Food Combining High Protein = High Acid High Carbohydrate = High Enzyme Fruit = Fast Digestion
Food Combining of Proteins and Carbohydrates Protein foods require a highly acidic environment for digestion this begins in the stomach with hydrochloric acid. Carbohydrates (starches, fruit and sugars) and fats require an alkaline environment for digestion which begins in the mouth with the enzyme ptyalin. When carbohydrates and proteins are combined; digestion is compromised. This leads to indigestion, gas, bloating and poor assimilation of nutrients. Do Not Combine! How to eat proteins and carbohydrates: Eat carbohydrates with vegetables for maximum digestion. Eat protein with vegetables for maximum digestion. Eat only one protein type at a meal; each protein requires a specific digestive juice.
Food Combining of Fruit Fruit digests quicker then all other foods. Melons pass through an empty stomach the quickest of any fruit. Fruit passes through an empty stomach very quickly. Fruit undergoes no digestion in the stomach, it digests in the intestines. Carbohydrates and proteins can take hours to digest. If you eat fruit while the stomach is full of carbohydrates and proteins the fruit must wait for those foods to leave the stomach. While the fruit is waiting it expands like yeast resulting in a gassy, acidic stomach.
How to eat fruit: Eat fruit separately make a meal of fruit only. Best eaten at breakfast. Eat melon alone, wait 30 minutes before eating something else. Best not to eat fruit between meals while other food is digesting in the stomach..
Fats: Fats digest slowly. Tend to combine poorly with fruits. Combine fairly well with complex carbohydrates Combine well with non-starchy vegetables.
Let s get simple! We want to be alkalizing balanced and our meals to food combined. All meals need to be 80% alkaline forming and 20% acid forming foods. For Your 2 Main Meals: 1. Make it a protein meal. 20% protein and 80% vegetables (no potatoes). 2. Make it a carb meal. 20% carbs (grain of your choice) and 80% vegetables. Doing that you will also have a good food combined meal..
Let s get simple! Here is an example of how you can plan your meals simply. Good Food Combined Meals: Breakfast: Fruit with soaked nuts and or seeds. Lunch: Starch meal with vegetables or salad. Dinner: Protein meal with salad or vegetables. Bedtime: Fruit of any kind except sweet fruits

Little known food combining benefits: You will eat less when you are following the rules. Restaurant meals usually include protein, starch, and vegetables. So, some portion of that meal will remain on your plate. According to research, people tend to eat fewer calories when eating a meal containing fewer ingredients.
Continuing Schedule First thing in the morning: Drink 2 3 cups of pure warm water.* Drink as much as feels good. If you feel nauseous do not continue to drink. Wait 15 minutes: Drink 1 cup Lemon Water (AKA Sugar-free Lemon Aid) Breakfast Part 1: Fruit (non sweet) OR Green Smoothie Drink one glass of water half an hour before Wait 1/2 hour is you only had the fruit. Wait 1 hour if you can before eating this. Breakfast Part 2: Grain Porridge of your choice..or Fresh fruit and nuts and/or seeds
Continuing Schedule 2 Drink one glass of water half an hour before lunch. Lunch (Starch Meal): Beet Soup - be creative with this Grain: rice cakes or grain Drink one glass of water half an hour before snack. Mid Afternoon Snack: Be creative. Add other vegetables to celery. Can have soaked nuts or seeds..
Continuing Schedule 3 Drink one glass of water half an hour before dinner. Dinner (Protein Meal): Salad. (be creative) Vegetable Stew. (add what you like) Whatever protein you like. (you can add to stew) Chewing your salad well will take longer then half chewing it. Saliva is alkaline and you can produce 2 gallons a day when you chew your food well! Drink one glass of water half an hour before snack. Evening Snack (2 hours after dinner): Fruit salad of your choice made with non-sweet fruits..
Continuing Schedule 4 Water Water is of vital importance in creating and maintaining proper ph. Your body is 70% water, so it is needs to be replenished consistently all day long. The body loses 2.5 liters of water every day just from normal bodily functions! Alkaline water is best.
Alkaline Water Alkaline water (or any water) needs to be: 1. Clean 2. Safe 3. Enhanced 4. Natural 5. Reasonable cost Don t Get: Electric ionizers (expensive and unnatural) Filters from China
Tap Water Alkaline Water Tap Water Alkaline Water Above: Alkaline water steeps the tea more fully than tap water Microclusters allow nutrients to dissolve and be absorbed by the body more effectively. Alkaline More anti-oxidants than orange juice Every safety certification possible Go to: Real Food for Life.com At top: recommended products Or click on this link: Custom Health Testing
Continuing Schedule 5 Exercise is an essential part of your health routine. Are you breathing into your belly? Relax by finding quiet time or meditating increases alkaline levels in the body. Get outside whatever the weather and whatever the temperature!
