Lives in the country and enjoys gardening in all weathers. Frequent sun worshipper. Fitzpatrick skin type 1 and Glocau index 4. Takes aspirin for mild high blood pressure. Drinks a lot of tea and coffee and also has a high alcohol intake of around 14 units per week. Has her daughter s wedding coming up in 2 months time CLIENT 2 35 year old mum of three children, all under the age of 10. Taking the contraceptive pill. Works in an office. Shows some irregular pigmentation on her cheeks. Has sporadic acne-type breakouts on the lower face. Skin is dull and matt in appearance and shows sensitization. Is a smoker. Recently divorced with low self-esteem. CLIENT 3 40 year old career woman in a full time senior management role. Rates her stress level as high and suffers from insomnia. Follows a low-fat diet and exercises 5 times a week. Has recently had the flu. Irritated, red and itchy, patches of skin around the jawline and neck. CLIENT 4 25 year old woman. Lives in the city. Wears a lot of make-up but poor skin care regime. Poor water intake. Uses a sunbed twice per week. Vegetarian. Suffers from tiredness although sleeps well
