12 Regional Consultation Inclusive and Sustainable Development: Perspectives from Europe and Central Asia on Post-2015 Development Agenda Any goal on health should aim to address also the new challenges and maximize healthy life expectancy, with universal health coverage being a key instrument. Life course approach, addressing the social, economic and environmental determinants of health will be crucial. Health 2020 will set the ground for implementing this new vision in the region.
