CEREC Solutions CEREC offers the freedom to practice your way with flexible options designed to integrate seamlessly into your practice. For more than 30 years, CEREC has been synonymous with the creation of restorations in a single visit. We have continuously developed and improved CEREC to meet your requirements and satisfy your patients demands. Today CEREC s capabilities extend far beyond single restorations. The CEREC solution spectrum covers three key areas: restorative, implants and orthodontics, both for chairside and clinic-to-laboratory workflows allowing you to start where you want with CEREC. Restorative Excellent initial patient- specific design proposals through analysis of the complete scan thanks to the unique Biojaw function Intuitive use of the CEREC software Broad variety of materials Excellent milling and grinding results Direct clinic-to-laboratory commissioning Implant Therapy Chairside implants with custom abutments or screwretained crowns with your choice of CEREC blocks in one visit. Implants with the cost-effective CEREC Guide 2, the fastest surgical guide on the market Time-saving implant planning with mysimplant Atlantis abutments and crowns produced by Dentsply Sirona Orthodontics Faster aligner treatment plan Digital storage and on-demand model production on 3D printers Reliable digital impressions with a small powder-free camera Integrated model analysis tools dentsplysirona.com/indications Discover the full CEREC indication spectrum and variety of materials.

Restorative Chairside Final restorations in a single visit With the full CEREC system, you have complete control over your practice workflows. High-performance materials meet high-precision equipment to make single-visit dentistry restorations possible. 1 Scan 2 Design Save your patients from the discomfort of a conventional impression tray. Take digital impressions with CEREC Omnicam, our small color camera. The precise 3D images in natural color make scanning easier, more intuitive and more ergonomic than ever before. CEREC software generates outstanding restoration proposals based on the unique Biojaw function. This saves you time and offers you the final design of your restoration as quickly as possible. You benefit from the simple, intuitive user interface. dentsplysirona.com/zirconia The complete CEREC Zirconia workflow in a video watch it now and see for yourself how easy it is.

Restorative Chairside 1. Scanning 2. Designing 3. Milling / Grinding 4. Sintering / Finalization 3 Mill/Grind 4 Sinter/Finalize The CEREC grinding and milling unit and CEREC software are completely synchronized. The grinding/milling process for your designed restorations is extremely precise, creating smooth surfaces and margins as well as very fine fissures no matter which material you choose. Full contour zirconia restorations can be sintered and glazed in your practice in the compact CEREC SpeedFire furnace. The induction technology offers the shortest sintering and firing times with very intuitive and simple use. In addition to zirconia, glass ceramics can be processed in the CEREC SpeedFire.

Implant Therapy Chairside Place implants safely and precisely in just a single visit CEREC is an integral part of the safe and individual chairside implant solution from Dentsply Sirona. That means CEREC not only enables you to create customized implant prosthetics, but also helps you plan the surgery and insert the implant. The prosthetic situation can be taken into account when planning the implant. This prosthetic-oriented planning ensures the implant properly positioned with the CEREC Guide surgical guide milled in the office. CEREC allows users to work with a wide range of materials and is compatible with many different implant systems for customized abutments and crowns made of the highest-quality materials. With the introduction of CEREC Zirconia meso, you can also quickly treat the implant with a screw-retained crown on CEREC TiBases, demonstrating the highest degree of gingival biocompatibility. 1 Data Capture In the first step, all of the necessary images for planning are prepared: an digital impression to get information about the soft tissue and create a proposal and 3D X-ray images. Both data sets are needed for precise, prosthetic-oriented implant planning.

Implant Therapy Chairside 1. Data Capturing 2. Restorative and Implant Planning 3. Guided Surgery 4. Scanning 5. Designing 6. Milling / Grinding 7. Sintering / Finalization 2 Plan 3 Place The Galileos Implant Software then aligns the proposal and the X-ray data. With this the implant is planned and the surgical guide CEREC Guide 2 is produced in less than one hour using an appropriate CEREC milling unit. The implant is safely placed using CEREC Guide 2. Dentsply Sirona provides the fastest produced surgical guide in the world in a very cost effective way. 4 Scan 5 Design 6 Mill/Grind 7 Sinter/Finalize The newly placed implant can immediately be scanned after placement. Then implant prosthetics are designed with the CEREC Software in very few steps, milled with an appropriate CEREC milling unit and sintered with the CEREC SpeedFire, the smallest and fastest sintering furnace.

Orthodontics Your access to orthodontic treatment With CEREC, expand your treatment range to include orthodontic applications. With its many treatment options, the CEREC Ortho software makes it easy to get started. Practitioners focusing on orthodontics can utilize the advanced tools such as the integrated model analysis system. Once the treatment planning is complete, you can export or send the case with a single click. Specially-tailored interfaces make it easy to transfer the data directly from the CEREC Ortho software. 1 Scan 2 Analysis Guided scanning makes the procedure easy to learn regardless who is scanning. Ergono mic handling with the small, powder-free CEREC Omnicam color camera means your patient won t need the conventional impression. Direct evaluation of the case with the integrated model analysis is a part of the scanning appointment, saving you and your patient time. This makes manual model analysis with plaster models and calipers obsolete. dentsplysirona.com/orthodontics Simple and fast digital orthodontics with CEREC.

CEREC Omnicam Save your patients from the discomfort of a conventional impression tray. Take digital impressions using the CEREC Omnicam, our small color camera. It s available in three different configurations: the mobile CEREC AC cart version, the flexible table-top CEREC AF, and the integrated, ergonomic CEREC AI. Choose the configuration that best suits the needs of your practice. Easy handling Powder-free impressions In color Thanks to its slim design, the small camera head and a light weight of just 11 ounces. Coating-free scanning reduces the learning curve and increases patient comfort. The colored scan ensures a natural- looking digital model. dentsplysirona.com/omnicam Experience the simplicity of scanning.

CEREC Software After analyzing the complete scan, the CEREC software generates outstanding restoration proposals. This saves time and allows you to move to the production step more quickly. You benefit from the simple, clearly-structured and visually-appealing user interface. Outstanding restoration proposals Ease of use The true highlight of the CEREC software is the unique Biojaw function. Based on the intraoral scan, the software generates a patient-specific restoration proposal taking into account the existing dental morphology. That offers outstanding long-lasting results in just a few minutes. The clearly structured menu in the intuitive user interface and outstanding automation helps to ensure that CEREC software is truly user-friendly. dentsplysirona.com/software Dr. Peter Schneider talks about his experience with the CEREC Software.

CEREC Milling Units CEREC MC, CEREC MC X and CEREC MC XL Practice Lab The CEREC grinding and milling units and CEREC software are optimally synchronized with one another to achieve outstanding, long-lasting results in just minutes. The machining of the restoration design is extremely precise, the surfaces and margins are smooth, and the fissures are very detailed. The capability to dry mill makes single visit, full-contour zirconia restorations faster than before. Precise Versatile Fast Optimal machining strategies and the finest tools replicate the smallest details of the designed restoration. Every material requires individual processing. Wet grinding, wet or dry milling CEREC always has the optimal solution. Depending on the application, material and processing option, the CEREC milling unit can manufacture a typical single-tooth restoration in 4 12 minutes.
