GIVE THE GIFT OF HOPE: 1.EMERGENCY FUND: $(ANY) In conjunction with our partner Helpline, SonBridge offers help to individuals at risk of eviction, of losing electricity, access to water, and/or access to necessary prescriptions. Gifts in this category will help increase the number of people we can help per month. *Eligibility for distribution of funds is determined by Helpline s financial screening process. 2.DIAPERS: $20-30 Ease the load of our impoverished young families by providing for the most basic childcare need. A gift of this amount will give a family in need diapers for a month. In-kind donations of all sizes are most welcome! 3.GAS VOUCHER/ BUS PASS: $20-25 Provide the gift of transportation to someone in a bind. Whether it s just enough to get them through the week or a bus pass to get them to and from their new job, you will be making a concrete difference in someone s life. 4.GROCERIES: $5-25 A gift of $5 will provide enough for a meal. Anything above $5 will go towards providing individuals or families with groceries vouchers. These coupons will give them enough food to make it through the week.
FAMILY UNIT ASSISTANCE 5.HYGIENE PACKS: $10 Help us restore our homeless with kits that carry the following: a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, shampoo, body wash, lotion, soap, tissues, and baby wipes. Let s give back hope and humanity to all in our community. 6.UNDERGAR- MENTS FOR THE HOMELESS: $(ANY) Help us restore dignity to our homeless by donating, either in-cash or in-kind, new undergarments to our most needy population in the Valley. In-kind donations of undergarments, including socks, underwear, bras, and boxers, are most welcome. 7.OPERATIONS FUND: $(ANY) One-time gifts of any amount will be used where it is most needed. Whether it is providing for an unexpected repair or supporting our non-profit operations, you ll be making an impact in our community.
BRIGHTEN A SMILE: 8. EXTRACTION: $50-125 Gifts in this category will go towards helping individuals achieve a healthier, pain-free mouth. Help provide labor time and the materials needed to complete the procedure. Specifice cost of the procedure is determined by diagnosis, tooth and its location. 9.TEETH CLEANING: $38-120 Gifts in this category provide a cleaner, brighter smile to the underserved. These check-ups help prevent greater problems such as cavities or loss of teeth. As determined by the doctor, either a routine cleaning of $30 will be performed or a deep cleaning of $120. 10.TOOTH/ FULL MOUTH X-RAY EXAM: $35-60 Gifts in this category will help provide the necessary funds to facilitate more direct care for a needy client. As determined by the doctor, a single tooth x-ray (a problem-focused exam) will be done at $35 or a full mouth x-ray (complete exam) at $60. *Our Helpline partner and our internal eligibility screening will determine dispersal of donated funds.
DENTAL CARE ASSISTANCE 11.ROOT CANAL: $325-650 Gifts to this funding category will provide care to remove rotted teeth and help prevent worsening mouth conditions. Your gift covers the materials and labor needed for a root canal procedure and permanent filling. 12. TOOTH FILLING: $50-110 Give a gift to remove pain and stop decay. Your generosity will provide for the diagnostic materials and care to fill a tooth. The doctor s diagnosis, the tooth, and its location determine the cost of the filling. 13.FULL DIGITAL IMAGING: $6,000 Help improve the productivity and patient care of our dental clinic by providing for a transition to digital imaging sensors connected directly to dental software. Not only will this gift increase the quality of our care but will help us reach more people in our Valley. 14.GENERAL FUND: $(ANY) Whether it s helping cover the rest of a struggling someone s bill or repairing a damaged dental chair, partner with us to continue dental services to the underserved in our Valley.
EMPOWER CHANGE: 15.CLASS FEE: $10-100 There should be no obstacle between education and a person wishing to better themselves. Unfortunately, some of our most powerful classes have a supplies/program fees. Help us provide hope and, more specifically, a way for our community to access life-changing information. 16.TOYS for CHILDCARE: $10-25 Education should be available to everyone. To support this, SonBridge offers free childcare during our evening classes. We d like to provide children with fun and safe toys while their parents are learning. Gifts in this giving category will provide for toy maintenance and replacement. 17.SUPPLY CART: 5 @ $105 Help provide secure storage of equipment, supplies, and curriculum while the Education Center reconfigures each day to the educational and meeting needs of our community. 18.PULSE OXIMETER: 5 @ $45 Help us assess participant s cardiac state and blood oxygenation at fairs and classes and while in the dental chair. This provides data and information for health coaches and dental staff while serving.
CONTINUED EDUCATION 19.BODY FAT ANALYZER: 5 @ $65 Help us assess participant s body fat in health fairs and classes. This provides data for computation of Health Age and creates a more accurate starting point from where to begin a client s journey to a healthier state. 20.THERAPY TRAINING TOOLS: $133 Provide a relaxation therapy demonstration and client service location for health fairs and classes. This can also be used for physical therapy training for clients while managing lines at health fairs. I help out here because of what this place is about. Because of you, I have my son back. INVEST IN BETTERMENT 21.SPONSOR A CLASS: $500 1,000 Is there a program/class you wish to see made available to our community? Help us carry our mission forward by sponsoring a class or sharing a sponsorship with a group of friends or your church family. Bear in mind that class costs vary widely based on supplies and equipment. 22.BAR CODE CHECKOUT: $2,000 Investment in this category will help increase the Thrift & Gift Store s productivity levels, ease of donation processing and, in turn, increase the support to our mission. 24.INTERACTIVE DISPLAY: $5,100 All contributions to this gift category provides an efficient and economic strategy of reducing curriculum costs and storage space for hard copy curriculum. 23.DELIVERY TRUCK WITH A LIFT: $20,000 Help our ministry expand through our thrift store by making contributions to the purchase of a needed vehicle of transport. With a new truck, more donation deliveries can be made and SonBridge can better support our volunteers by lessening the possibility of physical injury.

How to Make THE GREATEST IMPACT FRIENDS OF SONBRIDGE: $10 500/mo We at SonBridge Community Center are excited to invite you to join our newest and boldest initiative Friends of SonBridge. Utilizing the awesome power of unity, the project is extremely simple. All that is required is an automated monthly donation of $10 to $500 per month. Friends of SonBridge ensure the continuation of our service to the Walla Walla Valley. They provide the regular support needed by our facilities, staff and volunteers that, in turn, allows SonBridge to continue supporting others.
