Exclusive manpower & uninterrupted tenure Procedural delays in execution of civil work and procurement of equipment Delegation of Financial Power to In-charge of the semen station Convergence of Central and State Govt. Schemes - Increase the coverage of AI service delivery - Use semen produced from only A/ B graded semen stations in the AI programmes - Implement vaccination and disease control programmes in semen production area Availability of semen of breeds as per the breeding policy of the state to ensure effective implementation of the policy Annual evaluation of semen stations by exclusive CMU members instead of once in two years

To conclude.. By the end of NDP-I, all A and B graded Semen Stations will be strengthened to produce 100 million high quality, disease free semen doses from HGM bulls
