CONCLUSION: The use of specific endoprosthesis to treat AAA + AIOD shows: An efficient alternative to treatment; An easy, fast and safe accomplishment; Good outcomes in acute and chronic lesions; Low cost, low morbility and low mortality rates with a favorable cost-effectiveness ratio.
