In-Kind Donations Needed Bicycles Battling Cancer offers several opportunities for your company to receive great exposure on ride day. As an in-kind donor, we ask that you provide a product or service for our riders on event day at no cost to the event. The products or services eligible are limited to offerings needed in order to provide an enjoyable event experience. Underwriting Opportunities These opportunities are available to corporations, foundations, and individuals who would like to support the cause and the costs associated with the event, in order to ensure that the maximum amount of funds raised can be directed to the cause. Recognition and publicity will be accommodated at the donor s request. Suggested Opportunities: $10,000 Event Day Expenses This covers all rentals including tents, tables, chairs, stage, sound equipment, port-o-potties, etc. $5,000 Security This covers costs for all town/city police details and security personnel to ensure the safety of riders along the entire route. $2,500 Grounds Fees This covers costs associated with site rental, electricity, trash collection and other fees for the use of the fairgrounds.
