Daily Checklist Upon Rising! Wake up 90-120 minutes before you need to leave the house.! Liver/gallbladder flush: 2 tbls organic extra virgin olive oil + 2 tbls freshly squeezed lemon juice (drink down to help flush the toxins through your bile ducts and liver into your gut to be excreted for 7 days ONLY).! 20 minutes gentle yoga, stretching, walking, meditation! Sweet Dreams Bath Recipe Ingredients 2 cups Epsom salts 1 cup baking soda (aluminum free) 10 drops essential lavender oil Make the bath as hot as you can stand it right before bed. Dim the lights, light a candle, put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and relax! Directly after your bath go to bed. You should be sufficiently relaxed to nod off quickly. This bath is a critical part of the program.
