ClampCut bipolar clamp with blade The ClampCut offers bipolar grasping coagulation with the option to mechanically cut in one instrument. The novel design of this bipolar instrument enables the surgeon to grasp tissue, coagulate it, or if available on the generator, thermally seal it. Subsequently, the tissue can be mechanically severed by the scissor without an additional instrument change. The bipolar clamp-scissors are available in 14 cm and 19 cm versions, both curved and straight. N.B. The clamp is a bipolar device but the scissor is a mechanical device only - not bipolar.
