Communication Survey People with Impaired Hearing Healthwatch IOW is an independent local watchdog and signposting service. It works with decision-makers and service providers to help improve health and social care services on the Island. It is one of 152 local Healthwatch organisations in England. Communication is one of Healthwatch IOW s priority themes for 2014. We would like people with impaired hearing to tell us their experiences of communicating with the local NHS.
