Flexible Reinforced Hoses from soft PVC 137 137

FLEXIBLE HOSES FASOPLEX The flexible FASOPLEX hoses are made from plasticized (soft) PVC, enriched with appropriate additives that are necessary to ensure a long life and a guaranteed function during the entire lifetime of the hose. FASOPLEX hoses are divided into two categories, depending on the method of manufacture. a) BRAIDED HOSES These are soft PVC hoses, reinforced with polyester yarn braiding. Braided hoses are intended for pressure applications: Water transport under pressure for gardening and other household applications. Transport of liquid foods (vegetable and fruit juices etc). Transport of liquid chemica. b) FLEXIBLE SPIRAL HOSES These are hoses from soft PVC reinforced with a rigid PVC spiral. The flexible spiral hoses on principle are suction and discharge hoses, suitable for various applications according to the hose type. Connected to suction pumps for the suction and discharge of water. Suction and discharge of various liquid chemicals. Air condition hoses for the removal of moisture condensates. FRIENDLY TO THE ENVIRONMENT The flexible FASOPLEX hoses are environmentally friendly. They are fully recyclable. They do not contain heavy metals and toxic substances like Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated diphenyls and their ethers and therefore are environmentally friendly according to European Directive 2002/95/EC. 138
