Please add any comments you may have about the meeting format for the Future Leaders Conference. What would you like to have included in future events? Very good conference. The hotel was very nice, food was good, access to airport was good. Overall a very good event, probably one of the most valuable in my 7 Future Leaders conferences. Thank you all for pulling it together. Really enjoy the format. Tours of operations at other contractors are always welcome. Would welcome an entire day with a speaker like Allosso. Technology in the industry, such as van inventory systems, software helping to streamline processes. Overall Future Leaders has continued to be a quality group. I would like to see us do a little less bus travel on the first day and include some more content. I would like to see a better group of emerging leaders. Perhaps put an age limit, with a resume. The conference was fantastic, and my only true concern is the name "future leaders" with the age group we had. More roundtable discussions More organization should have been there for golf. Format is good, lot's of information. Maybe shorter topics and try to address more information. I liked the emphasis on networking opportunities and round table opportunities to learn from other contractors. Anything the conference can do to promote these opportunities should be encouraged. Also, the portion of the conference dedicated to developing peer groups was beneficial, but it would have been nice to develop this segment a little more and spend more time facilitating the formation of peer groups, including a more in-depth discussion of potential qualifications and things to think about when forming a peer group. The early morning session was a bit rushed. a later start time would have been appreciated (not much). I really liked the roundtable discussion and Michael Allosso. I would have liked to have more focus on the round table discussion. Maybe we could have done it on the first day instead of at the end of the conference. I liked the new weekday time frame, need a few more round table discussions. Thought it was very well done. Only 1 True Roundtable - A few more would have been helpful.

If there is anything else that you would like to share regarding the 2012 NECA Future Leaders Conference, please comment. Another home run. This conference Continues to be my favorite NECA event. I also liked the Wednesday-Friday schedule. This is a excellent way to meet and discuss business with non-compete companies. This is a great event keep doing it. Once again, an outstanding time. From the speaker, to the meet & greet, to the round table discussions.everything is horsepower driven and well worth our time. I did like the shift to a weekday conference. Can't wait for the 2013 Conference. I would rather see the conference in a bigger city. Stuck in Irving TX wasn't ideal. Being in Dallas proper would have been much more enjoyable. Thank you! First time but will not be my last. This is a great conference. I think companies should encourage some younger individuals to attend. Its called Future Leaders, not Current Leaders. Thanks! Great Conference. I would like to thank Beth for all she does. She is a great organizer and represents NECA in such a professional manner. Keep it rolling along. Very much appreciate the efforts of those that make these events possible. I think Friday should be a full day with participants travel on Saturday. Friday seems too rushed. This years format was very well done. I was very skeptical of the keynote speaker going in, but found his presentation applicable and very motivational.
