Public Meeting #2 December 6, 2011 6:30-8:30pm Individual Comment Form Thank you for attending the second Hoyt Park Area Joint Neighborhood Plan public meeting! The purpose of this meeting is to continue the discussion on the neighborhood plan and gather feedback on the initial plan framework including a Vision Statement, Redevelopment Concepts, and Residential Design Guidelines. These components begin to lay the groundwork for an overall vision as well as providing initial character recommendations for future single family reinvestment and multi-family/non-residential redevelopment. This meeting will follow a presentation-discussion format with the planning consultant presenting an overview of each of the Plan components to set the stage for neighborhood discussions. The neighborhood discussions are the focus of the meeting with a goal of furthering the understanding of issues and opportunities throughout the neighborhood and building consensus for the Plan components.
