Natural Sanitizing Ingredient Product Name: MLE-T

Natural Sanitizing Ingredient (MLE-T) 1. Fast and broad anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties 2. Provides optimal cleanness yet safe for skin 3. Environmental-friendly 4. Possible applications 1. Baby (feeding) bottle cleaner (Prevents the infection from bacteria) 2. Hand sanitizer (Alcohol free-possible moisturizing effect) 3. Hand cleaner (Moisturizing and no irritation) 4. Wet tissue (No irritation and prevents the infection from bacteria) 5. Food grade sanitizer/cleaner (Natural ingredients and Food grade)

Ingredients Licorice Common name INCI NAME Scientific Name Licorice GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA ROOT EXTRACT GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA The compound glycyrrhizic acid is routinely used for the treatment and control of chronic viral hepatitis. Recent studies indicate that glycyrrhizic acid disrupts latent Kapsi s saarcoma (as also demonstr ated with other herpesvirus infections in the active stage), exhibiting a strong anti-viral effect. The primary antioxidant and anti-inflamma tory compounds found in licorice root are the glycosides - glycyrrhi zin and glycyrrizinic acid, flavonoids, and saponins Anti-viral, anti-aging, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammation

Ingredients Green tea Common name Green tea INCI NAME Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract Scientific Name Camellia sinensis L. Green tea inhibits the growth of bacteria, and contains the ingredients which prevent and treat acnes. Green tea polyphenols have the effects of astringency, pores contraction, and anti-aging. It contains a lot of vitamin C which reduce the liver spots, freckles and whiten skin. Vitamin A, B2, C, E in green tea remove the harmful acid and enhance the elasticity of the skin. Catechin of green tea helps control the production of sebum to make clear T-zone and cheek. Antimicrobial, anti-aging, elasticity

Ingredients Lactobacillus Common name INCI NAME Scientific Name Lactobacillus Lactobacillus Ferment Lactobacillus Lactobacillus is a genus of Gram-positive facultative anaerobic or micro-aerophilic rod-shaped bacteria. They are a major part of the lactic acid bacteria group, named as such because most of its members convert lactose and other sugars to lactic acid They possess potential therapeutic properties including antiinflammatory and anti-cancer activities, as well as other features of interest. Antimicrobial, anti inflammation, prevent skin trouble

Challenge test Wet Tissue - Method 1. Each 0.3% and 0.5% solution of MLE-T, Benzoate, phenoxyethanol was used in this experiment. 2. Add 5g of each solution to the wet tissues. 3. Inoculate 100ul of S.aureus, and E.coli (cell concentration 10 6 cfu/ml) to the wet tissues. 4. Place each sample onto the PCA medium. 5. Incubate at 35 for days. 5. Count the cell number of each sample.

Wet Tissue 1 2 1. Spray the sample onto the tissue. 2. Inoculate the cells. 3 4 3. Incubate the tissue at RT for 7 days. 4. Check the microbes after diluting the samples with autoclaved water

Challenge test - detergent - Method 1. Prepare 1% stock solution of MLE-T. Dilute 1:10 in natural surfactant to make 0.1% of MLE-T. Prepare MLE-TC. 2. Inoculate S.aureus, and E.coli to 0.1% MLE-T and MLE-TC. * cell number (10 6 cfu/ml) 3. Incubate at room temperature for 8 hours and count the cell number.
