About Us In 1963 at the age of 21, our dad started his career as a Dental Technician in Lincoln, Nebraska. Fueled by his love for the trade, he opened Dental Crafters in 1989. The resin material allows for rapid cure cycles and produces strong, durable dentures with an excellent fit. Available in seven gingival shades, they are easy to adjust, reline, or repair. Custom Tissue Former The Process We import a codiagnostix plan into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program that allows us to create a Custom Tissue Former (CTF) based on the integrated bone, tissue and planned restoration. Once complete, the file is sent to the milling machine, where it is milled out of titanium. A final quality check is performed on the CTF and packaged for delivery. CAD The CTF contours the tissue around anatomically shaped titanium, providing unmatched aesthetic results in the final restoration. RFA is a method used to determine implant stability in dental implants which can help reduce patient treatment time and manage risky patients.
