National Diabetes Prevention Program Evidence-based lifestyle change program Reduces diabetes risk 58-71% Group facilitation, 1 weekly x 16 weeks, 1 monthly x 6 months This lifestyle change program is not a fad diet or an exercise class. And it s not a quick fix. It s a year-long program focused on long-term changes and lasting results - CDC, May 2017
