AACT President Report o Continue its mission and objectives: Recognize outstanding Chinese toxicologists for their contributions to toxicology by AACT awards Provide networking opportunities for career development through AACT career workshop, annual meeting and reception Fundraising to promote collaborations among academia, industry and government Facilitate exchange of knowledge and information among toxicologists through emerging new communication platform i.e. WeChat) Provide communication to AACT members through semiannual Newsletter (two issues in Fall 2016 and Spring 2017)

AACT Financial Status o Financially, AACT is doing well during the years 2016-2017. o As of end Dec 2016, AACT had a balance of $32,801 in our General Fund and a balance of $36,224 in the Jean Lu Endowment Fund. o Fundraising ended up a great success with a total of $14,500 from 7 companies (3 at Gold Sponsorship Level: Pharmaron, WuXi and Regeneron) for 2017 Annual meeting and reception to date.
