The Tranquil Mind Model An Effective Coaching Tool The tranquil mind model is coaching concept that focuses the coaching client on creating the very best environment for them to flourish. The idea of the tranquil mind means more than peace, it s a space where the mind is relaxed but active, with all it s given needs met and it s purpose realised, far more effective coaching can occur. The coach would seek to get their coaching client into a state ahead of any coaching session. One can apply this model in may ways such as during a primer session, revisiting it, reflecting on it, in order to assess whether the coaching client is still in this space.
