THE DUTIES FOR THE EF1 AND EF2 ARE INCLUDED TOGETHER IN THIS COURSE Class Dates Sept. 7, 8, 28, 29 Oct. 12, 13, 26, 27 Nov. 9, 10, 23, 24 Dec. 7,8,14,15 Jan. 4, 5, 25, 26 Feb. 8, 9, 22, 23 March 7, 8, 21, 22 April 4, 5 State Examination will be scheduled for sometime after the last weekend of class by the Dental Board of California See our Facebook page at Rdaef2 - J Productions www.rdakits.com (916) 801-7170

Next Class Starts September 7, 2019 EF2 (EF1 AND 2 ARE INCLUDED TOGETHER) Consistent 96-100 % pass rates on the RDAEF2 Boards. We are 25-65% higher than any other program. Program Director has 42 years of experience teaching DA, RDA, RDAEF and RDH duties as a professor at Sacramento City College. Best teacher to student ratio. One faculty for each 4 students. Small class size allows for lots of one-on-one instruction that does not occur in other programs. Our students complete more than double the number of Board required restorations. Dedicated faculty that go above and beyond. State-of-the-art quality and quantity of materials provided. We have only had 5 failures on the restorative examination in 9 years. Multiple mock boards to prepare for state exams. Our educational and clinical goals are set to the highest standards of excellence... No one else even comes close to our standards! What are the EF2 Duties? (1)Conduct preliminary evaluation of the patient's oral health, including, but not limited to, charting, intraoral and extra-oral evaluation of soft tissue, classifying occlusion, and myofunctional evaluation. (2) Perform oral health assessments in schoolbased, community health project settings under the direction of a dentist, registered dental hygienist, or registered dental hygienist in alternative practice. (3) Cord retraction of gingiva for impression procedures. (4) Size and fit endodontic master points and accessory points. (5) Cement endodontic master points and accessory points. (6) Take final impressions for permanent indirect restorations. (7) Take final impressions for tooth-borne removable prosthesis. (8) Polish and contour existing amalgam restorations. (9) Place, contour, finish, and adjust all direct restorations. (10) Adjust and cement permanent indirect restorations. (11) Other procedures authorized by regulations adopted by the board. Course Lecture Format 98% of all lectures are provided in an on-line, virtual classroom. That gives you the opportunity to listen to the lectures on your own timeframe. This will also reduce the number of faceto-face meeting in and will help reduce travel costs and program length.and everyone loves it!... In addition you have everything you ned to review for the State written Boards. What is included in the tuition? We will of course be providing all instruction and instructional materials, handouts, etc. We will also be providing all consumable and restorative dental materials and some of the instruments that will not be utilized on the RDAEF boards, such as; rubber dam instruments, bench mounts, endodontic equipment, amalgamators, etc. You will be required to place and finish glass ionomer, composite and amalgams. restorations. We are pleased to announce that our EF2 course continues to set the standards for dental education. We have had outstanding pass rates on the state dental boards for EF2s averaging 96-100%. (c) All procedures required to be performed under direct supervision shall be checked and approved by the supervising licensed dentist prior to the patient's dismissal from the office. www.rdakits.com (916) 801-7170

Next Class Starts September 7, 2019 EF2 What is needed to apply for the class? Proof of current RDA license with sealant certification or RDAEF1 license Proof of Malpractice insurance (we have a vendor that is inexpensive if you wish) A willingness to work hard and give up some weekends Will I need a sponsoring dentist? No, Not for our program... If you are enrolling in the course for NEW RDAEFs, you will need patients prepared for 5 posterior crowns, but clinical faculty provide local anesthesia during the program so that you do not need a dentist present at the course. NOTE: When you take your state boards for the cord retraction and final impression portion of the test, you will have to provide a dentist who can give local anesthesia. That is a dental board requirement, not ours. How will the course be offered? The hands-on portion of the course is two weekends per month. That would include both Saturday and Sunday. In addition, we will teach the majority of the didactic (lecture) in a virtual classroom online. Do I need to be an EF1 first? No, the course is designed for both RDA and EF1. If you are currently a RDA the functions of the EF1 are included in the program. What are the Course Fees? Course fees can be paid all at once or utilize our optional payment plan. $25,000 Total for RDA (includes tuition and instrument issue) $24,000 Total for EF1 (includes tuition and instrument issue) Additional expenses are: 1. magnification loupes 2. Malpractice insurance (costs about $80 for a year) An additional instrument list will be provided that most individuals can obtain Optional Payment Plan At the desecration of SPECIAL DEPOSIT OF $1000 FOR GUARANTEED ENROLLMENT DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 15th. July 1 1st Remaining Instrument Issue $2000 August 1st tuition installment Oct. 1st 2nd tuition installment Jan. 1st 3rd tuition installment March 1st 4th tuition installment is the only EF2 Program that has had 100% pass rates on multiple occasions on all parts of the State Board Examinations See statewide results on the last page of this brochure www.rdakits.com (916) 801-7170

Next Class Starts September 7, 2019 EF2 Will there be homework assignments on the procedures? Once you have learned the correct way to perform the various restorations in class, we will be asking you to practice between sessions and return with your completed assignments for our evaluation. It there any financial aid available for the course. Because this is considered a licensure course federally-backed student loans are not available. Make an investment in yourself! We suggest the following: Speak to your employer for assistance Consider a small personal loan at a bank or credit union Ask a family member to co-sign a loan Use equity in a house or car Use credit cards and our 4 payment plan. When will the next EF2 course begin? September 7, 2019 What is needed to participate in the virtual classroom? You will need the following: A computer with a sound card and speakers (Most computers have both items) High-speed internet connection To be comfortable with the use of the internet and a computer. Ask your kids... they can help! How can I be considered for enrollment? Complete all the information on the last page and fax it back to us. Why do you think you have such consistently high pass rates on the state boards and great responses from employer dentists? Education is a passion for us! We have been helping dental professionals achieve their professional goals for 45 years. We have a great reputation for quality courses because we believe a piece of us goes with you into the state examinations and into your practice... And of course, we have great students! Are there any hidden costs within the program? No. We provide you with a list of items to bring from your office, but all other materials and supplies including the cast crowns for the crown adjustment function are included. Why do you require loupes? Simply put... you will be amazed at the difference it makes in the quality of your restorations! Are there benefits to having all the lectures on-line. First and foremost... the students love this format... the lectures are recorded so you can review anytime you wish. It also provides a great review for your state written boards. We have the highest pass rates by far on both the written and practical boards!!! In addition, it saves a lot of travel costs because you don t need to travel to class as often. Please note... Dental Board of California requires that each student complete 20 restorations on patients prior to the completion of the program. This requirement will be completed in your clinic or office, with specific criteria and evaluation from our program faculty. Magnification loupes of 3.5 or higher are required for class. We are working with several companies that offers students discounts payment plans, and good service and products. www.rdakits.com (916) 801-7170
