Altraplen Compact is a ready to drink milkshake style oral nutritional supplement containing 300kcals and 12g protein in 125ml. about product Uses: Can be used for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease related malnutrition as determined by appropriate nutritional screening. It can be used as a sole source of nutrition or used to supplement a patient s dietary intake. Additional product information: This product is packaged in a protective atmosphere. Available in Hazel Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry or Banana flavours. Indications: ACBS and GMS approved. For enteral use only. storage and how to use Storage and directions for use: Altraplen Compact should be stored in a cool, dry place (below 25 O C). Altraplen Compact can be consumed frozen, chilled, room temperature or heated. Shake well before use. Once opened consume within 4 hours or store in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Foodlink Complete is an oral nutritional supplement containing approximately 383 kcals and 19g protein when prepared with 200ml whole milk. Available in 57g sachets, or 1596g tub complete with measuring scoop. about product Uses: Can be used for the dietary management of patients with increased nutritional requirements secondary to illness or those patients unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods. It may also be used by those at risk of disease related malnutrition as determined by appropriate nutritional screening. Foodlink Complete is designed to supplement a patient s dietary intake and is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Additional product information: Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Banana and Natural flavours. Indications: ACBS and GMS approved. For enteral use only. Must be used under Medical Supervision. storage and how to use Storage: Foodlink Complete should be stored in a cool, dry place. Foodlink Complete can be consumed chilled, at room temperature or gently warmed. Once reconstituted consume within 2 hours or store in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter. Directions for use: Add 50ml of milk to a glass and one 57g sachet/2 rounded scoops of Foodlink Complete and then mix into a smooth paste with a fork or whisk. Top up with another 150ml liquid whilst continuing to mix. Serve when fully mixed. Alternatively if using a Nualtra shaker Add 200ml milk to the shaker along with 57g sachet, close lid and shake vigorously until powder is dissolved. Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture. Foodlink Complete with Fibre can be consumed chilled, at room temperature or gently warmed. Once reconstituted consume within 2 hours or store in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter. Directions for use: Add 50ml of milk to a glass and one 63g sachet of Foodlink Complete with Fibre and then mix into a smooth paste with a fork or whisk. Top up with another 150ml liquid whilst continuing to mix. Serve when fully mixed.
