And now A few words from the Governor Greetings Brothers & Sisters, It is that time of year when we have to start the process of electing new officers. If you would like to run for a seat on the board, PLEASE contact the Administrator for the election form I want to thank everyone who is helping our lodge, both those in the spotlight and behind the scenes. The band nights are doing very well and we hope that they continue to do so. Sorry this is so short, but got behind and will have more to come next month. Respectfully, Your Governor Kelly Pengilley Administrator's two bit's With the cold weather outside the Lodge attendance is down a bit, but remember that it s warm and friendly inside and the beer is on ice so come on in and enjoy your lodge. In the next few months there will be some work parties as well as fun things. We need a membership Chairman to encourage everyone to sponsor new members. In the past few years our lodge membership has been increasing a little, but to continue and make our lodge better, we need another 50-100 members. Remember, a burden heavy to one is borne lightly by many. Talk up Moose. Our town is growing and many don't even know we are here. Fraternally, George Stemwedel From the Bar Boss As some of you already know, I recently volunteered to take on the duties of your Social Quarters Manager. I am currently working on revising drink prices. The quarter drop jar is back up and working well. I am also working on other fun things to do while you enjoy a cold drink and the camaraderie of good friends. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please write them down and give them to me or the bartender. I hope to see you soon THANK YOU Tim Pengilley Membership There are several membership awards that you can receive for sponsoring members to help our lodge and strengthen our fraternity From Moose International: Sponsor 1 new member between May 1st and June 15 to be entered into a drawing for a free trip to the Moose Convention in Chicago in 2009.
