Experience Walgreens 1 Milestones Walgreens is the nation s largest drugstore chain, with fiscal 1 net sales of $71.6 billion and net earnings of $.1 billion. The Company has 4, employees. Cash flow from operations for fiscal 1 was a record $4.4 billion, with free cash flow also setting a record of $.9 billion. The Company continued to return significant cash to shareholders, with $1. billion in share repurchases and $787 million in dividends.
