Full responsibility for the missing issues of the journals by the replacement or refund of the subscription cost of the missing issues of the journals, within 3-4 months from the date of last issue of the journals published. 3. Subscription period 1 st Jan to Dec 2018. End of the year i.e. December issue should be supplied with in the 4 Months Publication date (with in April 2019) or else this will be treated as missing issue one or two issues supplied for individual titles is not treated as supplied (if not, refund the subscription cost of the missing issues of the journals) and the bank guaranty will not be returned back. 4. Journals should be sent by hand delivery. 5. The supplies has to enter into legal agreement as per the enclosed draft for taking responsibility for missing issues and advance payment, and Bank Guarantee other terms and conditions, as per the discussion held in the negotiation. 6. All the Journals both (Indian and Foreign) quoted and should be supply 7. Invoice submitted should include clear conversion rate as approved by the G O C/bank conversion rate with current publisher s subscription price 8. Original catalogue and publishers invoice with clear indication of subscription period entered has to be produced for our verification for payment. 9. The firm should remit the amount to the publishers and claim with the institution by producing the remittance proof like Xerox copy of the D D s/online transaction.
