About Me For years, a young man was working as a computer repairperson. He started out energetic, able to take on countless repairs day in day out. As business grows, the young man has less time to work out. He used to visit the swimming pool and went jogging every other day. Not anymore. It isn t just his vanishing exercising routines. Self prepared food soon turned into eating out and ordering pizzas. The more pizzas consumed, the more weight he put on, the more tiring he felt. The more tired he felt, the less he went on exercising. It was a downward spiral. Health problems started to weigh on him. Constipation was the first challenge. Insomnia was quick to follow. When blood appeared in his stool, that was the last straw. The Problems Have To Stop I knew I had to help him, because that person is me. It is amazing how changing what we put in our mouths can cause dramatic changes in our quality of life.
