North Mason Eagles # 4226 PO Box 782 80 NE Alder Creek Rd Belfair, WA 98528 (360) 275-6885 Dear Brothers and Sisters, WORTHY PRESIDENT S MESSAGE Another year has just about gone and a New Year will be beginning. We have accomplished many things this last year. Thank you to all who have helped. Saturday, January 12th, the Aerie will be doing a dinner to show our appreciation for the Auxiliary. The dinner will be Pork Loin with potatoes etc. It will be free to Auxiliary members and $ 10.00 to Aerie members and non members. The dinner will start at. Come on down and show your appreciation to the auxiliary. Remember the auxiliary does a lot of the raising money for our charities. The Aerie has a work party the 3rd Saturday of the month starting at 9:00 PM. We need to see more help on this day so we can keep our building and yard maintained. If you show up and work, you can get a free lunch. If you need more information, please call me at 360-621-7704. Remember, this is your club and you should help keep it running. Keep coming down to the hall to watch football, Nascar, basketball, baseball and all the other sports. I hope you have been enjoying the Homewreckers served on Sunday. They are delicious. Hope to see you at meetings and at the hall. Fraternally, Marc Gasper, Worthy President What fun was had on our bus trip to Snoqualmie Casino. A special Thank You to Diane Kyes for entertaining us on the trip. Every one had a great time and some left some money behind while a few others brought some home. Keep an eye out for the flyers on the next bus trip this spring.

Madam President s Letter Hi Sisters, Wow, it s hard to believe that Christmas has come and gone. I sure hope you all had a Merry Christmas and you brought in the New Year 2013 safely! I want to thank you all for supporting your auxiliary this past year and ask that you continue to support it. Our volunteers are so very important to the continuing growth of our auxiliary. We still need a few more volunteers to help with our lunches. I also would like to ask you sisters if you would consider filling a few positions we have open in our auxiliary. We need a Conductor, a Trustee and an Outside Guard. We are also looking for someone to train to help our Auxiliary Secretary, Patti Columbetti. If you are interested, please contact either myself, Kat Noldan at 360-275-0737 or Patti Columbetti at 360-509-3597. Starting January 4th thru June, all the Madam Presidents dinners (the first Friday of the month) will be Meat Loaf and all the trimmings. This January 12, 2013, the aerie brothers are putting on an Auxiliary Appreciation dinner for all the auxiliary sisters. We have been told it will be a Pork Loin dinner with all the fixings, especially Real potatoes. There will be a work party on the 19th of January and for those that come up and help, they will get a free lunch. Come up and see me on January 23rd for lunch and help me celebrate my Birthday! We will be having a bus full from Tacoma #3 Eagles on Saturday, January 26th for a visit. So let s have all put on our happy hats and show them a great time. On January 27th, District 6 will hold their meeting at Port Townsend at the VFW hall. For those of you not attending District 6 meeting, please come down and help the auxiliary with the Sunday breakfast as some of the sisters have to attend the meeting and help will be needed. Please let Winona know if you would like to help. Don t forget to wish our Aerie President a Happy Birthday on January 29th. I know we all are going to have a great New Year and with your help and determination we can get it done. I m looking forward to the down side of my year as your Madam President, and if you have any ideas, please feel free to contact me or Patti Columbetti. Fraternally, Kathleen Kat Noldan Madam President

I would like to thank all of you who helped our Special Families with the Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets as well as the Giving Tree. The families were very appreciative of your generous giving. Each year we help five families in the Belfair area with the holidays. Each year, you all help give our families a great holiday. This is part of our motto People Helping People. Thank you for making this motto come true this year. Leigh Ann Gasper Auxiliary Trustee and Special Families Chairperson

Hello Sisters and Brothers, Fischer House I would like to take time to tell you about a very special place. The Fischer House is within walking distance of the Madigan Hospital, Joint Base Lewis & McChord. It is a comfortable home filled with warm, caring people who help family members endure the stress associated with a love one s serious medical condition. The Fischer House enables families to stay together. Cook meals, do laundry and relax in a home away from home atmosphere. While we all wish there were no need for Fischer House, the reality of life is that thousands of active duty, retired military and veteran families are served each year by this wonderful network of beautiful homes. Fischer House is a gift of love. Our Saturday lunches help raise money for this house at JBLM. We serve lunch from Noon until 3:00 PM. Come on down and have a fantastic lunch while helping us to help Fischer House. God Bless You All! Pat Maxwell, PMP AUXILIARY LOOKING FOR HELP!!!! The Auxiliary needs some help with dinners, breakfast, lunches and officers. We need help with our 1st Friday, 3rd Friday, last Sunday of the month breakfast and our week day & Saturday lunches. We need servers and helpers for the dinners and breakfast. We need helpers for lunches and some people to make soups and sandwiches for our week day lunches. We need to fill the Outside Guard, one Trustee and the Conductor positions. Also the secretary is looking for some one to help and learn this office. You will need to attend two meetings a month (7:00 PM) and work with computers as most of the work is done on the computer. Our secretary is leaving this position at the end of May 2013 so it must be filled. Please contact Kat Noldan 360-275-0737 for 1st Friday dinner or any of the officer position; Patti Columbetti 360-509-3597 for any of the above and secretary; Winona Hoesche 360-372-2447 for 3rd Friday dinner and week day lunches. Thank you for your help!!!
