December 7, 2018 Updated data for hospitalizations for diabetes (2015-2017). The Chronic Disease Program recommended the change based on ICD10 coding definitions and use by clinicians. Diabetes now includes all E10, E11, and E13 codes. Notes on the individual indicators pages provide the applicable ICD9 and 10 codes. This change was applied to the data in profile reports as well. December 4, 2018 Updated unemployment rate data (2012-2017) from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. November 26, 2018 Added a new indicator for Hospitalizations for mental disorders. Data is available for seven different age groups. The County Health Profile was updated to include this data. November 20, 2018 Added a new indicator for Preventable Pediatric Hospitalizations from Asthma under 5. November 16, 2018 Released the reportable and infectious diseases data for 2017 for central nervous system diseases and bacteremias; enteric, food and waterborne diseases; 1

This applied to the percent of mothers with no prenatal care, the percent who began prenatal care in the 1 st, 2 nd, or 3 rd trimester, the percent of mothers with healthy pre-pregnancy weight, and the percent of mothers with high school education. April 4, 2018 Updated the Social and Behavioral Health domain of CHARTS to include behavioral risks from survey data for youth and adults, behavioral health care providers and inpatient bed availability. Mid-Course Revision of Population Data on FLHealthCHARTS.com: Population data for 2011 2021 and associated rates were updated on Florida CHARTS on November 6, 2017. It is customary to periodically revise population estimates based on new information, such as a census or new mid-course census estimates for prior years. Revising these estimates ensures accurate accounting of the racial, ethnic and gender distribution of the population. 7
