SECTION 4: First aid measures 4.1. Description of first aid measures Inhaling: In case of risk of inhaling the product, remove the injured from the hazardous area Ensure peace and quiet, protect the injured from heat loss. If breathing stops, apply artificial respiration. If necessary, provide medical assistance. Skin contact: In case of contamination of the skin/clothing, take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash the skin with plenty of water. If necessary, provide medical assistance. Contact with eyes: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes with eyelids kept open. In the case of persistent symptoms, provide assistance of an eye doctor. Ingestion: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Provide immediately medical assistance. 4.2. In the case of large spills, dam up the place where liquid accumulates; the spilled liquid should be pumped out or collected with absorbent material (sand, kieselguhr, universal binder, sawdust) into a labelled plastic container, and it should be properly disposed of.
