The rejuvenation therapy revitalizes the body with various kinds of therapies using high quality Ayurvedic herbal oils, powders and special preparations. Five days treatment package is as follows; Day 1 Arrival On arrival our representative will receive you at the airport & will arrange safe transfer to the hotel, at the hotel you will be given a traditional Indian welcome with Aarti & Tika followed by welcome drinks. Later on the day our Ayurveda specialists will start the Treatment program - On first day the body will be set ready for the treatment with mild Marma massage and special attention for joints and lower back. After that, the person is given medicated and soothing steam bath to nourish the mind and body. Day 2 Ayurvedic treatment Once the body is set, the person will be given a very special treatment called Kizhi, which includes the basic Ayurvedic massage at first and afterwards a warm herbal poultice which is made out of various herbal powders and combinations, dipped in Ayurvedic oil, to give pounding massage all over the body. This helps the muscles to relax and sooth the joint discomforts. Day 3 Ayurvedic treatment On the third day, the person is given a treatment called Shirodhara, which includes warm herbal oil massage followed by the streaming of medicated ayurvedic oil continuously onto the forehead. It relieves symptoms of anxiety, stress, fatigue and hypertension. It regulates mood and gives feelings of pleasure and relaxation. Day 4 Ayurvedic treatment
On the fourth day, an elaborate body treatment which consists of Udwarthanam, which is a very effective therapy to softens and exfoliates dead skin cells, thereby giving a lustrous glow to skin. It also strengthens and tones up the muscles and improves the circulation and tactility. It also has a basic ayurvedic massage and hot poultice as a part of the therapy. Day 5 Ayurvedic treatment This is the day for complete relaxation. The head, neck and shoulder are massaged with Ayurvedic oils and an herbal facial steam is given. After that Ayurvedic facial is given which includes face massage, cleansing, steaming, scrubbing and face pack. Day 6 Floating luxury Check in to the floating beauty houseboat. Now it s time to experience a typical Kerala specialty - the backwater cruise. With plenty of waterways, village sight scene, canals & backwater lagoons, Alappuzha is the hub of Kerala s backwater tourism. Board the houseboat from your resort. Settle down in this floating luxury and get immersed in the gentle rhymes of backwaters. Watch the green paddies dotted with coconut trees, groups of ducks enjoying the waters, village folks engaged in their age-old routines grasp the spirit of rural Kerala that still thrives unaltered in these regions. Proceed to Cochin. On the way visit fort Kochi, Mattanchery, Jew town, Dutch palace, Jewish synagogue, Chinese fishing nets, Santa cruz basilica, St Francis church, Naval museum, various antique shops, perfume shops, handloom sari centre.
